In this policy, “Holamade”, “we” and “us” refer to the controller.

Only what you give us when you get in touch, through the contact form or by email: your name, your business or website, your email address and whatever you tell us about your project (what you need, timing, a rough budget and any comments).

We don’t need sensitive data, such as health information or political views. Please leave it out of your message.

To read your message, reply and, if you’d like, prepare a proposal. That’s all: no marketing emails, no profiling and no automated decisions based on your data.

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form or by writing to us (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by email; that doesn’t affect anything done before.

If we go on to work together, we process the data the project needs to perform our contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and to meet our legal obligations, such as tax rules (Article 6(1)(c)).

For as long as our conversation lasts. If we don’t end up working together, we delete your messages within a year of our last contact at the latest. If we do, we keep what’s needed for as long as the law requires.

We don’t sell or share your data with anyone unless the law requires us to. To run the site we rely on providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and with safeguards:

• Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and protects the site and delivers form messages. It processes technical connection data, such as your IP address, to serve pages and stop abuse. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the international transfer.
• Our email provider, where we receive and store messages.

This site uses no cookies, first- or third-party, and no analytics that could identify you. It doesn’t load fonts, videos or scripts from other servers either: everything comes from holamade.com. That’s why you don’t see a cookie banner.

The only thing it stores in your browser is a technical flag, with no personal data, so the welcome animation doesn’t replay on every visit. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it from your browser settings whenever you like.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, or to take it elsewhere (portability). Just email hola@holamade.com and tell us what you need; we’ll reply within a month, as the law requires.

If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es, or to the data protection authority where you live.

The site always runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the controller has access to the messages we receive.

This site is meant for businesses and professionals. If you’re under 14, please don’t send us your personal data.
